We are in Columbia MO and there are no openings for us and we are truly scared. Can anyone help us. We that these are kind people and that's why I'm reaching out. We have a notice to vacate asap.

What is Callaway Cares??
Callaway Cares is:
A grassroots community nonprofit organization concentrated on:
1. Community resources to help those in need when possible.
2. Logistics and Warehousing support of other nonprofits.
3. We believe in educating those in need to survive and save dollars.
Our Current Focuses and Projects:
*Solar education
*Street Outreach
*Self-sustainability
*Callaway Community Cats
*Feed the Homebound Senior Citizens
*Callaway Online Auction
*“Community Free Aways”
** SAFHR (State Assistance for Housing Relief)
Donations we take:
*Clothing
*Food, shelf stable and produce, anything really
*Some Furniture
*Household goods
*Some Plastics
*Some building Materials
What do we do with donations?
We give them out first come first served. We track every intake and everything we supply on our Facebook Group page under the files tab.
Anything not given out prior to a “Free Away” date will be added to the next “Free Away” in order to rotate donations.
We also contribute to other area nonprofits per board discretion.

If you would like to donate, you can message any of our admins from both our Facebook page and group!
If you have a specific cause you would like to donate to, we will accommodate you in that as well and provide photo proof of the donation delivery.
